Quality Assurance

Every product we manufacture and supply goes through structured quality checks — from raw material selection to pre-dispatch inspection — to ensure consistent performance and reliable delivery.

Built Right. Every Batch. Every Order.

Quality at Hari Kripa Polymers is not a final checkpoint — it is embedded into every stage of our production and supply process. We start with virgin-grade polypropylene raw material, maintain controlled production parameters, and perform systematic checks before any goods leave our facility.

Our approach ensures that the products you receive match the agreed specification exactly — in dimensions, GSM, strength, lamination quality, and print accuracy. This consistency is especially important for repeat orders and export customers who depend on predictable performance across every shipment.

Multi-Stage Quality Checks

Six key inspection stages ensure every order meets the agreed specification before it leaves our facility.

1

Raw Material Inspection

Polypropylene granules and tape raw material are checked for grade, melt flow index, and consistency before entering production.

2

GSM Verification

Fabric weight (GSM) is measured and verified against the agreed specification at regular intervals during production to ensure consistency.

3

Tensile Strength Testing

Warp and weft tensile strength is tested to confirm the fabric meets the required load-bearing capacity for its intended application.

4

Dimensional Accuracy

Width, length, and gusset dimensions are checked against the order specification to ensure bags and fabric are cut and finished to the correct size.

5

Print & Lamination Check

Print color fidelity, registration accuracy, lamination adhesion, and surface finish are verified against approved artwork and specification.

6

Pre-Dispatch Inspection

A final inspection of packed and bundled products is carried out before loading to confirm quantity, labelling, and packaging integrity.
